– bez prokázání očkování či prodělání nemoci nebude možné navštívit restaurace, kulturní a sportovní akce, hotely, ale také nebude možné využívat veškeré služby (kadeřnictví, masáže a další)

– neočkovaní se budou v práci testovat (postačí samotesty), bude pokračovat plošné testování ve školách

Očkování

– cizinci, kteří v česku legálně pobývají, se budou moci naočkovat proti koronaviru zdarma

– platit si budou pouze aplikaci dávky, nikoliv dávku samotnou

Measures valid as of November 1st 2021

Preventive tests are no longer paid from public health insurance. Cost of antigen test will be 201 CZK and PCR test will cost 814 CZK

Test validity is getting shorter – antigen test will be valid for one instead of three days and PCR test three instead of seven days.

Personnel in restaurants is obliged to check the non-infectivity of customers. Customers must provide proof of vaccination, negative test or past illness if less than 180 days have passed since the first positive test.

VACCINATION OF FOREIGN NATIONALS

Persons with commercial health insurance in the Czech  Republic (thus not insured within the public health insurance system of the Czech Republic) are now given the opportunity to get vaccinated, i.e. foreign nationals with a long-term residence permit for a stay over 90 days pursuant to the Act on the Residence of the Foreign Nationals and who meet one of the following requirements:

a) they have a valid long-term or permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic,
b) they have a valid long-term visa,
c) they are EU citizens with a certificate of a temporary residence or a permanent residence permit for an EU citizen in the Czech Republic,
d) or they are family members of an EU citizen with a certificate of a temporary residence or a residence permit for an EU citizen in the Czech Republic.

what to take with you:
1. document to verify your identity (e.g. passport),
2. document to verify your residence permit in the Czech Republic (e.g. biometric card),
3. payment card or cash.

Loosening of the preventive measures effective from 31st May

the indoor spaces of restaurants, bar and discotheques are opened (live music and dancing are not allowed)

swimming pools, wellness facilities, saunas and salt chambers are opened with maximum capacity of 30 %

more people can attend weddings (150 people outdoors, 75 people indoors)

all activities require showing recently negative test, official confirmation about underwent Covid-19 infection or official confirmation about vaccination 

To use all the services, it is required to show confirmation about:

RT-PCR test with a negative result (cannot be older than 7 days)

antigen test with a negative result (cannot be older than 72 hours)

first dose of the vaccine that was administered not less than 22 days ago but not more than 90 days ago if the second dose of the vaccine has not been yet administered; or not more than 9 months if the second dose of the vaccine has been already administered

another alternative to use all the services and be allowed to enter indoor spaces is official confirmation about underwent Covid-19 infection if the first test with positive result is not older than 180 days

Czech language exam for the permanent residency increases to A2 level

On Monday, April 19th, 2021 Czech government agreed to increase the level of Czech language necessary for permanent residency to A2.

When does the A2 level apply from?

The date when the application is submitted is important. If you submit the permanent residency application on September 1st or later, you will have to pass the exam at A2 level. First available dates for A2 level exam will be in November 2021.

If you submit the application by August 31st, 2021 (included), you still can do the A1 level exam.
