EMPLOYER CHANGE

– You can change your employer or job from 20.3. until the end of the state of emergency, if you are currently working with an employee card in the Czech Republic even earlier than after 6 months. You must still notify this change to the Ministry of the Interior according to the statutory rules.
– If your new employer implements some crisis measures, you can just notify the change on the first day at the new job at the latest. The Ministry will no longer create a notice on the fulfillment of conditions, and they will be considered to be fulfilled by your notification. In such a case, the notify of the change must also be accompanied by the statement of the new employer, how is employer involved in the implementation of crisis measures (for example: health care activities, production of protective equipment, etc.). The above applies similarly if you have a blue card.
