foreigners who are legally temporarily or permanently in the territory or permanently in accordance with the rules of the stay for foreigners at the time of announcing a state of emergency, may continue to remain in the territory for the duration of the state of emergency.

Validity of work permits and residence permits and visas issued until the date of publication of this measure to people in employment relationship with employers who provide work on the basis of an agreement between the employment agency and the user or on the basis of another contract, is extended for a period of up to 60 days after the end of the state of emergency, assuming that they are valid at the date of publication of this measure.

The validity of the work permit is therefore automatically extended for these foreigners.
