African Evening

Workshop for Non-profit Organizations
On 13 January 2011, a seminar focused on the amendment of the Residence of Aliens, took place. It was introduced by Mgr. Vit Dvoracek from OAMP for the Zlín Region. This workshop was attended by both non-profit organizations, as well as representatives from the public sector. We thank all guests for their participation.

The Amendment of Foreigners Act
From 1 January 2011 there is a new agenda for long term stays and long-term visas responsibility of the Ministry of Interior - Department for Asylum and Migration Policy. The department assumes responsibility from the Alien Police Department. At the same time there are changes in immigration legislation. Getting to Know the Third World - Mongolia
Welcome to the multicultural meeting titled "Getting to Know the Third World – Mongolia”, which is taking place on Tuesday 30 November 2010 from 19:00 o’clock in the premises of the Student Club Bamboo. The address of the club is Nad Stráněmi 4512, Zlín. The aim is to introduce the activities of the Centre for the Support of the Integration of Foreigners in the Zlín Region and, also, to show the culture of Mongolia in reality. Participants can look forward to the interactive reading of Mongolian poetry, which will be accompanied by competitions with prizes and a performance of the band Dundžingarav with traditional steppe songs called urtyn duo. You will hear free variants of singing with polyphonic melodies, which will resonate the typical character of the Mongolian landscape, famous for the beauty of the steppe area. Candidates are welcome, admission is free.

Every Wednesday from 5 o'clock till 7 o'clock you will be provided with all needed information by the representative of the Group of residence permition.

Courses of Czech Language in Otrokovice
In cooperation with the Otrokovice BESEDA we are opening an Intensive Course of Czech language for foreigners on 8 August 2010 at 9 o’clock am in Otrokovice! Every Sunday from 9:00 to 12:30 foreigners from the third countries will have a posibility to learn Czech language. Teaching will be conducted in the classroom on the second floor of Otrokovice BESEDA.
