To Whom the Services are Provided
Our services are provided free of charge and they are available to all foreigners who concurrently:
- have obtained a valid permanent or long-term residence
- are from non-member states of the EU (i.e. "third countries")
Where the Services are Provided
You may take advantage of all of the above-specified services at our Centre. In case of interest, we may organize courses and provide consulting at any location within Region.
